First the bad news: You're going to have to wait until Thursday to sink your teeth into football (like we're supposed to watch baseball or something).
Now the good news: There are two terrific games on Thursday.
Florida State squares off against North Carolina State in Raleigh, with the visitors going off as 11.5-point favorites. Seems like a lot of points, doesn't it?
The biggest game of the night will be in Fort Worth, with Brigham Young putting its Bowl Championship Series hopes on the line against Texas Christian. The Cougars are favored by 2.
Friday has Hawaii at Boise State. The Broncos are favored by 26.
Saturday's games of note: Wake Forest (-1) at Maryland; Miami (-5.5) at Duke; Virginia Tech at Boston College (-2); Kansas at Oklahoma (-18); Mississippi at Alabama (-13); USC (-42.5) at Washington State; Ohio State (-3.5) at Michigan State; Missouri at Texas (-7); Michigan at Penn State (-23.5) and Louisiana State (-3.5) at South Carolina.
