Not sure what the fascination is with David Hasselhoff, but his singing of the national anthem at Saturday's Las Vegas Bowl was probably the second-most anticipated performance of the bowl season behind the halftime performance of the Village People at the upcoming Sun Bowl. We're counting on Jay Koester of the El Paso Times to get video of that performance. Can you say YMCA?
Hasselhoff's oldest daughter, Taylor Ann, attends Arizona. After singing the anthem, Haselhoff tossed T-shirts to the crowd with the inscription, "Don't Hassel the Hoff." Only in Vegas, baby.
