Somebody, some day, is going to get creative and come up with a unique way of announcing their college of choice. Until then, putting on a lid to tell the world where you are going to waste away the next four or five years of your life is the method of choice. It's as tiresome as the dumping of a bucket of Gatorade on a coach after a big victory.

Alabama was a popular choice. The Crimson Tide allegedly had the No. 1 recruiting class. That ranking is according to Rivals, which FanBlogs points out "was owned and still employs a large number of Alabama fans, and whose largest individual school site in terms of membership is also the University of Alabama's."
