A look at how prognosticators from around the country view the Week 5 games.
Double D, Boston Herald: Welcome to the Big Ten, Nebraska. Wisconsin has the home field and better quarterback. Give the points and load up on the Badgers.
Lenn Robbins, New York Post: The Pigskin Profit says there are three games to say away from. Then there is Penn State over Indiana. The Nittany Lions can run the ball and the Hoosiers can't stop it.
Mike Hlas, Cedar Rapids Gazette: Why ruin a good thing? Hlastradamus was on the winning side last week with Michigan State, so he's saddling up again with the Spartans and the points at Ohio State.
Brett McMurphy, CBS Sports: They are preparing for a crash landing in Blacksburg. Clemson, which has started 4-0 and has yet to venture from home, is only 1-5 in its last six on the road. Take the Virginia Tech Hokies and give the points.
Bruce Feldman, CBS Sports: Iowa State quarterback Steele Jantz hasn't seen a defense as talented as Texas, but the Cyclone crowd should raise hell for the young Longhorn quarterbacks. The pick? Texas 20, Iowa State 13.
John Tamanaha, College Football Talk: He's off to a sizzling 34-11-1 record against the spread and picking Alabama to win but Florida to cover.
Bob Condotta, Seattle Times: Stanford has given up only 108 rushing yards in three games. UCLA has averaged 214 rushing yards a game. That battle, along with Andrew Luck, will decide this one. But he's liking the Cardinal's chances.
Reno Gazette-Journal: Michigan State, Nebraska and Virginia Tech are getting love from the three handicappers in the college football challenge.
Erick Smith, USA Today: Florida's Will Muschamp and Charlie Weis face their first true test in Alabama. But the Crimson Tide are simply too good on defense. Alabama wins by 10.
Jon Wilner, College Hotline: His five-star special is Washington and the points at Utah.
Phil Steele: The Week 5 forecast calls for Wisconsin to beat Nebraska, 33-20. In an initial meeting, he picks TCU to topple SMU, 34-20.
Mike Huguenin, Rivals: The Week 5 primer. He's 83-96 picking every game against the spread.
Conor Nelson, 50-Yard Bard: Why Penn State will go 0-5 against the spread.
Matt Youmans, Las Vegas Review-Journal: Biggest line move of the week involves the Utah State-Brigham Young game.
College Football Pundit: Kansas State has put up some impressive defensive numbers, but it has yet to play an offense as dynamic as Baylor's.
College Injury Report: A look at who is hurt and who is healthy.

I just checked out John Tamanaha from College Football Talk to see if he really was that hot. After going through his picks from last week, he went 7-4-1 against the spread (losses Florida, Navy, Purdue, Iowa St) with the tie a 28 point line on LSU that wasn't available to anyone else. He should have been 7-5.
Somehow he has his record as 9-3 for the week, which calls into question how accurate the rest of the years picks are. I hope this was a simple mistake and not something else.
