There are rebuilding jobs, then there is Western Kentucky, losers of 20 in a row. Former Hilltopper player Willie Taggart takes over as coach, and if he wins one of his first four games — at Nebraska, at Kentucky, Indiana and at South Florida — they'll probably have a parade through downtown Bowling Green. Taggert, who was Stanford's running backs coach before taking on this Herculean task, should have a realistic shot at ending his team's streak in Sun Belt play. Thanks to Lindsay!
