Not the best of times for Green Wave football. Tulane has lost at least eight games in five consecutive seasons, one year short of the team record set from 1991-96, and Bob Toledo, in his fourth season as coach, is 10-28. The Green Wave lost Saturday night at Mississippi, 27-13, and have a week off before back-to-back road games against Houston and Rutgers.
