Much has changed at South Florida. First is the new man in the middle of the poster. It's Willie Taggart, formerly of Western Kentucky, who will guide the team into the American Athletic Conference.
Taggart takes over for Skip Holtz, who was fired after winning only five Big East games in three seasons and only four of his final 20 games. Overall, he was 16-21, and that's simply not good enough.
