Temple took a step back during a 2-10 season in 2013. Yes, the team was young, but losing to Fordham and Idaho in the same month is never considered a good thing. Now if the youngsters can take two steps forward this fall, the Owls could be looking at a bowl. If not, coach Matt Rhule will clearly be on the hot seat.
